THE TEAM
Limited by budget and resources, CODED CANVAS CREATIONS rose from the ashes through KAMILLE ALEXANDRA FRITZGERALD'S inability to accept the confides of the status quo. She had been told all her life without, money, status, and the limitless resources needed to craft a film or book production, nothing would come of the stack of stories resting on her bookshelves: they were wrong.
Driven by an insatiable yearning to break out in the industry and expose her stories to the world, she created CODED CANVAS CREATIONS to bring likeminded creatives together and break away from the stagnent cycle of overused stories in Hollywood by provided a platform for unique and diverse narratives.

Former sports columnist writer and inventor extraordinaire decided to escape the conventical 9-to-5 work in a government building office cubicle and commit her talents to her suppressed passion: writing.
Being a longtime writing enthusiast aand "Jill" of all trades, Kathryn was compelled to embark on a neverending creative journey and joined CODED CANVAS CREATIONS as a writer and beta analyzer for all its accepted projects.

General Submission Rules

1. Originality: All submissions must be original works created by the submitting artist or writer. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
2. **Copyright**: The submitter must hold the copyright to the work. Submitting work that infringes on another’s copyright is not allowed.
3. **Theme Adherence**: If the submission call is based on a theme, ensure that your work aligns with the given theme.
4. **Submission Limit**: Limit the number of submissions to [specific number] per person per submission period.
5. **Deadlines**: Adhere to the submission deadlines. Late submissions will not be considered. -
### Writing Submissions
1. **Format**: Submit writings in [specific format, e.g., .docx, .pdf]. Ensure the file is readable and properly formatted.
2. **Word Count**: Adhere to the specified word count limits:
- Short Stories: [e.g., 1,000 - 5,000 words]
- Flash Fiction: [e.g., up to 1,000 words]
- Poetry: [e.g., up to 3 poems, no more than 50 lines each]
3. **Font and Spacing**: Use [e.g., Times New Roman, 12pt font, double-spaced] for prose and [e.g., Times New Roman, 12pt font, single-spaced] for poetry.
4. **Language**: All submissions must be in [language, e.g., English].
5. **File Naming**: Name your file as follows: [e.g., LastName_FirstName_Title.docx]. -
### Visual Art Submissions
1. **Format**: Submit artwork in high-resolution digital format [e.g., .jpg, .png, .pdf]. Ensure the file is of high quality.
2. **Resolution**: Artwork should be at least [e.g., 300 dpi] for clear reproduction.
3. **Dimensions**: Follow any specified size dimensions, typically not exceeding [e.g., 18x24 inches].
4. **Number of Pieces**: Submit up to [e.g., 3 pieces] per submission period.
5. **File Naming**: Name your file as follows: [e.g., LastName_FirstName_Title.jpg].
6. **Proof of Originality**: Provide proof that your artwork has not been generated or significantly altered by AI. This can include process images, sketches, or a brief description of your creative process. -
### General Guidelines
1. **Submission Form**: Fill out the submission form completely, including a brief artist statement or bio (up to [e.g., 150 words]).
2. **Contact Information**: Provide accurate contact information for follow-up communication.
3. **Content Restrictions**: Submissions must not contain explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content. Works must be suitable for a general audience.
4. **Publication Rights**: By submitting, you grant the group the right to publish your work in [e.g., online magazine, anthology] with proper credit given to the creator.
5. **Feedback**: Due to the volume of submissions, feedback on individual works may not be provided.

7. **Withdrawal**: If you need to withdraw your submission, notify the group promptly before the publication date. -
### Additional Notes
1. **Revisions**: Once submitted, no revisions or edits will be accepted unless specifically requested by the editorial team.
2. **Simultaneous Submissions**: Indicate if your work is a simultaneous submission. Notify the group immediately if your work is accepted elsewhere.
3. **Rights Reversion**: After publication, all rights revert to the author/artist, but the group retains the right to archive the published piece in its original form.
